Department of Transportation and Infrastructure advising of temporary full closures of the Saint John Harbour Bridge

On behalf of the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI)

DTI is advising the public of temporary full closures of the Saint John Harbour Bridge, beginning July 10 and continuing until early November.

These brief intermittent closures, will last approximately 20 minutes and may occur during the following off-peak periods:
Prior to 7:00 a.m.
9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
After 6:00 p.m.

No closures will take place during peak traffic hours (7:00–9:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., or 4:00–6:00 p.m.).

Delays are expected. Motorists are encouraged to plan their travel accordingly. DTI appreciates the public’s patience during this time as work continues to improve this vital transportation route through Saint John.
