Don’t miss out! The Night Market Street Party is happening on Thursday, September 16

After being postponed due to the remnants of hurricane Ida the Night Market Street Party will take place next Thursday, September 16 from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at the City Market and Germain Street. Family activities and live concerts will highlight the event, as well as vendors, food trucks, and local beer, wine and cocktails.

“We are so excited that we were able to reschedule the street party to next Thursday,” said Andrew MacDonald, City Market Manager.  “It’s been great working with all our regular and new vendors during this year’s Night Market and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate the end of the season.”

Event schedule: 

5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 
Vendors, food trucks, local beer, wine, and cocktails will be set up. 

5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
Family activities including Why Shark Why (surf band), and a musical performance by Leo LaFleur.   

5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. 
Balloon animals, bubbles, street chalk (weather permitting). 

7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. 
DJ Damon, Slowcoaster and Grand Theft Bus.   

Live music will take place on the main stage located at the Germain Street and King Street intersection.
