Family Day Hours, Services, and Activities

The City of Saint John is advising residents of the following service updates and activity information for Family Day on Monday, February 16:

City Services

• City Hall, Rothesay Avenue, and Adelaide Street offices will be closed.
• Saint John City Market will be closed.
• Saint John Transit will offer no service for the day.
• Garbage and compost collection will follow the regular schedule.
• For details about recycling collection, please contact Miller Waste.

Family Day Activities

• ⛸️ Free Public Skate
  2:15–3:45 p.m. at Charles Gorman Arena, 80 University Avenue.
• Free Tiny Tot and Senior Public Skates will operate as usual.
  Residents are encouraged to check the most current schedule at playsj.ca before heading to the arena.

Rockwood Park

• The Rockwood Park Interpretation Centre will be closed for Family Day.
• The park remains open for skating, hiking, snowshoeing, and winter exploring.
