Flash Ice Is Back! Book Your Discounted Ice Time!

The City of Saint John is pleased to announce a new round of Flash Ice featuring surplus ice rental slots available at special discounted rates from February 4 to February 17, 2026. These time slots go fast, so whether you're planning a birthday celebration, family skate, corporate event, or extra team practice, now is the perfect time to secure your ice.

Flash Ice Hourly Rates (plus HST)

• Youth Not‑for‑Profit Groups: $80.89

• Adult Not‑for‑Profit Groups: $141.57

• For‑Profit/Commercial Events: $183.85 Note: Tournaments and fundraisers are not eligible for Flash Ice pricing.

Booking Deadline: Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 12 noon. First come, first served.

Important Information

• Discount applies only to ice within the February 4–17 window.

• Bookings must be made by the hour.

• Insurance coverage is required before confirmation (available through the City’s provider at a nominal cost).
