Flash Ice Sale — Discounted Ice Slots Available from November 12 to November 25

It’s time for your bi-weekly Flash Ice Sale update, offering leftover ice slots at a reduced rate. These times are released every other Wednesday following the seasonal allocation process, based on availability.

Whether you're booking a single hour or multiple blocks, these discounted slots go fast, so don’t wait.

Flash Ice Hourly Rates (Plus HST)

  • Youth Not-for-Profit Groups: $80.89
  • Adult Not-for-Profit Groups: $141.57
  • For-Profit/Commercial-Based Events: $183.85
    Note: Tournaments and fundraisers do not qualify for Flash Ice pricing.

Booking Deadline

Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 12 noon. All bookings are first come, first served — no holds.

Important Info

  • Only ice within the two-week window (November 12 to November 25) is eligible for discount.
  • All bookings must be made by the hour.
  • Required insurance coverage must be in place before confirmation. If your group does not currently hold coverage, it can be arranged through the City of Saint John’s designated insurance provider at a nominal cost.
