Flash Ice Hourly Rates (Plus HST)

• Youth Not-for-Profit Groups: $80.89
• Adult Not-for-Profit Groups: $141.57
• For-Profit/Commercial-Based Events: $183.85
  Note: Tournaments and fundraisers do not qualify for Flash Ice pricing.

Booking Deadline

Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 12 noon. All bookings are first come, first served, no holds.

Important Info

• Only ice within the two-week window (November 26 to December 9) is eligible for discount.
• All bookings must be made by the hour.
• Required insurance coverage must be in place before confirmation. If your group does not currently hold coverage, it can be arranged through the City of Saint John’s designated insurance provider at a nominal cost.
