Saint John Water wants to take the opportunity to remind customers that payment options are available for those who are experiencing financial hardships. 
 
As an essential service in our community, Saint John Water is committed to delivering safe, reliable drinking water and wastewater services to customers. The Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday to support those who may be experiencing hardships with reasonable payment arrangements. 
  
If you have run into arrears with your water and sewer bill, please call (506) 658-4455 or contact Billing and Collections by email at collections@saintjohn.ca to explore payment arrangements available to you.
