Information Session for Prospective Council Candidates – March 25

The City of Saint John invites residents interested in running for City Council to attend an Information Session for Potential Council Candidates on Wednesday, March 25, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. The session will take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall (Level 2).

This session will provide an overview of:

• The roles and responsibilities of municipally elected officials
• Council governance and meeting procedures
• Council positions and expectations
• First-hand insights from a current Councilor about serving in municipal office

All residents considering candidacy (or those who simply want to learn more about how municipal governance works) are encouraged to attend.
