By-Law Number HC-1 A Law to Amend the Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider giving third reading to the bylaw entitled, “By-Law Number HC-1 A Law to Amend the Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law” at its meeting of March 22, 2021.  

The Saint John Heritage Conservation Areas By-Law is amended by deleting and replacing subsection 6(2)(c); adding subsection 6(11); and deleting and replacing Schedule K, as it relates to the fee structure.

In accordance with the Local Governance Act, the bylaw will be read in summary only, if no member of Council objects.
