By Law Number LG-13 - A By-law Respecting the use of Sidewalks within The City of Saint John - Sidewalk Vendor Sites

Public notice is hereby given that The City of Saint John intends to hold a public auction for assignment of exclusive rights to sidewalk vendor sites in accordance with the “Use of Sidewalks By-law” and terms and conditions attached hereto at a special meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 15 Market Square, on April 30, 2025. Registration starts at 10:00am, the auction will begin promptly after registration is completed. Holders of valid Peddlers and Hawkers licences who are interested in obtaining exclusive rights to an assigned sidewalk vendor site are invited to attend.
