A By-Law respecting the Closing of Roads, Streets or Highways in The City of Saint John re: Old Lake Trail

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending "A By-law Respecting The Closing of Roads, Streets or Highways In The City of Saint John" at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. to permanently close the following street:

OLD LAKE TRAIL: All that portion of Old Lake Trail, a public street in the City of Saint John, in the County of Saint John and Province of New Brunswick, comprising 32 square metres as shown on a Plan of Survey titled, “Showing portion of Old Lake Trail, City of Saint John, Saint John County, New Brunswick,” prepared by Hughes Surveys & Consultants Inc. and dated February 18, 2026,  attached hereto.
