Opportunity awaits: The City of Saint John is seeking expressions of interest for its property overlooking the magnificent Reversing Falls

One of Canada’s natural wonders, the Reversing Falls earned a UNESCO designation (Stonehammer Geopark) for its geological significance and welcomes thousands of visitors annually.

The City of Saint John is seeking expressions of business interest for the future use of the land and building located at and around 450 Fallsview Drive (former 14 ½ Café), overlooking the iconic Reversing Falls. Available properties represent approximately three acres owned by the City, and include a two-story building and significant parking associated to the street right-of-way adjacent to the properties.

Expressions of interest must be submitted prior to August 3, 2022.
