Peel Plaza Parking Garage monthly rate to decrease as of June 1

The City of Saint John is pleased to announce the monthly parking permit fees for the Peel Plaza parking garage will be decreasing from $145.48 to $80, tax included, starting June 1, 2024.

The Peel Plaza Parking Garage is centrally located with over 400 parking spaces, and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The facility uses swipe card access, providing a secure and well-lit space to park your vehicle, with the main entrance located at 75 Carleton Street and a secondary entrance off Sewell Street.

Monthly parking accounts are managed directly by parking customers through the HotSpot online website at https://www.htsp.ca/ or by downloading app on your smartphone.

Current Peel Plaza monthly permit holders will automatically see the rate reduction on their accounts.
