Project launch: Saint John Affordable Housing Action Plan

The City of Saint John is launching an Affordable Housing Action Plan project in partnership with key stakeholders. The Action Plan will deliver a framework that guides the community to maintain and create safe, suitable, and affordable housing options for all residents.

The project is a collaborative effort between community affordable housing partners, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, the Government of New Brunswick, and the City of Saint John. Together, the team is focused on three key deliverables:

• Conducting a Saint John housing needs assessment
• Developing a Saint John Affordable Action Plan
• Supporting implementation of the Action Plan
