Proposed Municipal Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendment RE:160 Cosy Lake Road (PID 55005375)

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. by:

  1. Redesignating on Schedule B of the Municipal Development Plan, land having an approximate area of 3.02 hectares, located at 160 Cosy Lake Road, also identified as a PID 55005375, from Rural Resource to Rural Residential.
  1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 4.98 hectares, located at 160 Cosy Lake Road, also identified as PID Number 55005375, from Rural (R) to Rural Residential (RR) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

The rezoning is required to permit the creation of two additional lots.
