Proposed Release of Section 59 Conditions RE: 567 Millidge Avenue

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider the release of the existing Section 59 conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, March 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., by:

1. To release existing Section 59 conditions imposed by Common Council on May 26, 1997.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To allow for all other uses within the Local Commercial (CL) zone on this property, that are not currently permitted because of Section 59 conditions imposed by Common Council, which limit the use of the property to a day care centre.
