Proposed Section 39 Amendment RE: 1660 Manawagonish Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending Section 39 conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

Amending the Section 39 conditions imposed on a parcel of land on the March 20, 1991, rezoning of 1660 Manawagonish Road, also identified as PID numbers 00402727 and 55076335, to permit the development of a ball hockey recreation facility.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit the development of a ball hockey recreation facility.
