Proposed Section 39 Amendment RE: 693 Manawagonish Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending Section 39 conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, June 12th, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., by: 

1. Amending the Section 39 conditions imposed on the August 17, 2009, located at 693 Manawagonish Road, also identified as PID: 55037683, to permit the creation of an additional dwelling unit.

   REASON FOR CHANGE:  

   To permit the creation of an additional dwelling unit.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council. To register for participation in the hearing, please contact the City Clerk’s Office in advance at commonclerk@saintjohn.ca
