Proposed Section 59 Amendment Re: 1429 Loch Lomond Road

 

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider a proposal at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

 

Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the March 7, 2022, rezoning of the property located at 1429 Loch Lomond Road, also identified as a portion of PID 00312900, to permit a revised proposal.

Reason for Change:

To allow for a revised development proposal incorporating multi-unit and townhouse dwellings.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council. To register for participation in the hearing, please contact the City Clerk’s Office in advance at commonclerk@saintjohn.ca
