Proposed Section 59 Amendment Re: 35 University Avenue

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider a proposal at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, December 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., by:

Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the June 13, 2016, rezoning of the property located at 35 University Avenue, also identified as PID 55221717, to permit a revised proposal.

Reason for Change:

To allow for the construction of a drive-thru restaurant.
