Proposed Section 59 Amendment RE: 55-73 and 68-70 Exmouth Street

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday June 13, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the May 3, 2004, rezoning of the parcel of land, located at 55-73 and 68-70 Exmouth Street, also identified as PID Numbers 00016097, 00013045, 00013037, 55146716 and 00016204, to permit a revised proposal.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To allow for additional commercial and residential uses.
