Proposed Section 59 Amendment RE: 661 Dever Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider a proposal at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, February 6, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the August 5, 1994 rezoning of the property located at 661 Dever Road, also identified as PID No. 55106819, as amended on January 21, 2004, September 29, 2008, and April 23, 2012 to permit a revised proposal.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

Amend the conditions imposed on the development, including changes to the proposed land uses.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
