PROPOSED SECTION 59 AMENDMENT RE: 69 Russell Street

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-Law by at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday October 3, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. by:

  1. Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the July 3, 2007 rezoning of the property located at 69 Russell Street, also identified as PID 55180723, , to permit a revised proposal.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit an addition to the existing building.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
