Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment and Section 59 Amendment RE: 89-91 Red Head Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw and amending Section 59 conditions at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

 

  1. Rezone a piece of land to be subdivided and having an area of approximately 319 square metres, located at 91 Red Head Road, also identified as PID Number 00344457 from Two-Unit Residential (R2) to General Commercial (CG).
  2. Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the May 28, 1986, rezoning, located at 89 Red Head Road, also identified as PID Numbers 55062103 and 00344457.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To align the zoning of the newly subdivided parcel.
