Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment RE: 259 Foster Thurston Drive

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., by:

1. To establish a Business Office use within the Special (SZ-3) Zone.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit the addition of Business Office use in the Special (SZ-3) Zone, which would support the relocation of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, NB, offices to 259 Foster Thurston Drive.
