Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment RE: 92-94 Bon Accord Drive

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider an amendment to the Zoning Bylaw at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., by:

1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 1,037 square metres, located at 92-94 Bon Accord Drive, also identified as PID: 00446310, from Two-Unit Residential (R2) to Low-Rise Residential (RL) as illustrated below.

    REASON FOR CHANGE:

    To permit the creation of additional dwelling units.

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
