PROPOSED ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT RE: 144 LANSDOWNE AVENUE

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its meeting to be held in the Council Chamber at City Hall with a remote participation option on Monday, January 11, 2020, at 6:30 p.m., by:

Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 583 square metres, located at 144 Lansdowne Avenue, also identified as PID No. 55223416, from Low-Rise Residential (RL) to Local Commercial (CL), as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit a mixed use proposal consisting of a business office and dwelling units.
