Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment RE: 35 Margaret Street

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., by:

Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 488 m2, located at 35 Margaret Street, also identified as PID No. 00316950, from Two-Unit Residential (R2) to Low-Rise Residential (RL) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

The public hearing may be held virtually, or in the Council Chamber, or in the Council Chamber with remote participation for applicants and the public.
