Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment RE: 4-6 Wild Fox Drive

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday July 11, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 1212 square metres, located at 4-6 Wild Fox Drive, also identified as a portion of PID Number 55191381, from One-Unit Residential (R1) to Mid-Rise Residential (RM), as illustrated below.
  1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 3965 square metres, located at 4-6 Wild Fox Drive, also identified as a portion of PID Number 55240139, from Future Development (FD) to Mid-Rise Residential (RM) as illustrated below.
  1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 4042 square metres, located at 4-6 Wild Fox Drive, also identified as a portion of PID Number 55191373, from Low-Rise Residential (RL) to Mid-Rise Residential (RM) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To permit a residential development.
