Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment RE: 510 Boars Head Road

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider amending The City of Saint John Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Monday June 2, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., by:

  1. Text amendment to the Low-Rise Residential Zone which would permit ground-oriented    buildings containing more than six units subject to development standards.
  1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 4,968 square metres, located at 510 Boars Head Road, also identified as PID 55212914, from Neighbourhood Community Facility (CFN) to Low-Rise Residential (RL) as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE:

To legalize the existing 20 units in the building

Written objections to the amendment may be provided in writing and/or verbally at the Public Hearing to be held by Common Council.
