Rezoning, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Section 59 Amendment RE: 3600 Westfield Road (PID 00295253) and 3630 Westfield Road (PID 55063614)

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to amend the Zoning By-law at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., by:

 

  1. Amending the Section 59 conditions imposed on the September 6, 1994, rezoning of the property, located at 3600 Westfield Road, also identified as PID 00295253, and 3630 Westfield Road, also identified as PID 55063614 to permit a revised proposal.

 

  1. Amending the Mini-Home Park Residential (RP) zone in the Zoning By-Law of the City of Saint John.

 

  1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 70,749 square metres, located at 3600 Westfield Road, also identified as PID 00295253 and 3630 Westfield Road, also identified as PID 55063614 from Rural Settlement (RS) to Mini-Home Park Residential (RP), as illustrated below.

REASON FOR CHANGE: To construct a 35-pad land lease community.
