Traffic Advisory: 20th Annual Lancaster Santa Claus Parade

The City of Saint John would like to advise the public of the following traffic interruption on Saturday, November 23. This closure is necessary to allow for pedestrian and motorist safety during the 20th Annual Lancaster Santa Claus Parade.

Street name: Various streets in West Saint John

Date:  November 23, 2024

Duration:  One (1) day

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Direction: In both directions

Action: Road closed to through traffic

Specific area: Manawagonish Road (between O’Brien Street and Main Street West), Main Street West (from Church Avenue to Ready Street), Ready Street, Catherwood Street, Fairville Boulevard (from Catherwood Street to Aquarius Court).

Road signage and sidewalk directional signage will be in place. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and be aware of pedestrians and workers.
