Traffic Advisory: Mount Pleasant Avenue

The City of Saint John would like to advise the public of the following traffic interruption that will take place Saturday, May 18 on Mount Pleasant Avenue. This closure is due to the service and celebration of life for Arthur Irving.

Date:  May 18, 2024

Duration: One (1) day

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Direction: In both directions

Action: Closed to through traffic in both directions

Specific area: Between Arrow Walk Road and Burpee Avenue

Description of work: Service and celebration of life for Arthur Irving.

Road signage and sidewalk directional signage will be in place. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and be aware of pedestrians and workers. Access will remain open to residents of Mount Pleasant Avenue.
