Traffic Advisory: Port City Beer Run

The City of Saint John would like to advise the public of the following traffic interruption on Saturday, May 30 on various streets. This closure is necessary to allow for pedestrian and motorist safety during the Port City Beer Run.

Street: Manawagonish Road, Main Street West, Prospect Street, Charles Street, Ready Street, and Mill Street

Date: May 30, 2026

Duration: One (1) day

Time: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Direction: In both directions

Action: Occasionally, the lanes will be closed.

Description of work: Event.

Major intersections will have a mixture of police and volunteers present to manage traffic. These streets will be temporarily closed until big groups of runners pass through.

Road signage and sidewalk directional signage will be in place. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and be aware of runners and volunteers.
