The City of Saint John would like to advise the public of the following traffic interruption that will begin Wednesday, August 20 on Woodward Avenue This work is necessary for infrastructure installation and upgrades required for a new residential development.

Street: Woodward Avenue

Date: August 20, 2025

Duration:  14 days

Time: 24 hours a day

Direction: In both directions

Action: Closed to through traffic. Traffic control signage in indicate detour route via Boars Head Road.

Specific area: In front of 435 Woodward Avenue

Description of work: Infrastructure installation and upgrades

Road signage and sidewalk directional signage will be in place. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and be aware of pedestrians and workers. Delays should be expected.
