Update to City of Saint John Customer Service Centre and One Stop Development Shop hours

The City of Saint John wishes to notify the public that effective Tuesday, September 6, 2022, public-facing hours of operation for the Customer Service Centre and One Stop Development Shop at City Hall will be adjusted. The new hours will be Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The City is committed to providing an enhanced customer support experience for those who live and do business in the city. Our customer service teams are the link between the community and the services the City provides.
