Welcome to our new online home

The City is excited to present a new and improved website, designed to further enhance our customer focus and growth goals and to improve the user experience, content accessibility and navigation. In addition to enhanced information about City operations and services, we are showing off more about the place we all love – Saint John! A “neighbourhoods” feature, more content about City amenities and new photography will serve to showcase Saint John to current and future residents. 

The website is “Here to Help” with a variety of self-service features, such as:   

  • Transit route finder 
  • Self-service links 
  • Detailed neighbourhood descriptions with historical facts, photography and neighbourhood specific information 
  • Community resource information 
  • Integrated Instagram feed and more
