The work is to be completed 42 days after starting construction but no later than October 1st, 2025. A bid bond or certified cheque payable to the City of Saint John in the amount of ten percent of the tender price must accompany each tender.
Payment of $25.00 (non-refundable) is to be made through the City’s Customer Service Area (City Hall) or by contacting (506) 658-4455 (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm).
Following payment, tender documents may be obtained from Utilities & Infrastructure Services, 1st floor, 175 Rothesay Avenue, Saint John, New Brunswick (Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm). Tender documents will also be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton and Halifax.
