Priority 1 sidewalks will have basic pedestrian passage within 12 hours after a storm has ended. For Priority 2 and 3 sidewalks will have basic pedestrian passage within one day after a storm has ended. Priority 4 sidewalks will have basic pedestrian passage within three days after a storm has ended.
