By-Law No. L-G.-10 By-Law respecting Fees for Fire Services in The City of Saint John

Public Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of The City of Saint John intends to consider adopting a By-law respecting Fees for Fire Protection Services in The City of Saint John at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chamber on Monday, November 23, 2020.  The bylaw would repeal and replace By-Law Number L.G.-9 A By-Law respecting Fees for Fire Protection Services in The City of Saint John.
The amendment of the City’s Fees for Fire Protection Services by-law includes fees for select emergency responses. The new version of the by-law includes fees for non-resident motor vehicle accidents, nuisance false alarms, thrill-seeking activities and violations in recreational burning.

The proposed amendment may be inspected by any interested person at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 15 Market Square, Saint John, NB between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, inclusive, holidays excepted.
 
The proposed By-Law respecting Fees for Fire Protection Services in The City of Saint John may be read in summary only if no member of Council objects.
