📢 Service Update – Customer Service Department

The technical outage affecting several customer service functions at the City of Saint John has been resolved. As of 3:45 p.m., all systems are fully operational.

 

The City of Saint John is currently experiencing a technical outage affecting several customer service functions. As a result:

  • We are unable to process payments over the phone

  • Billing inquiries and account lookups are temporarily unavailable

  • Some in-person payments may be accepted, but service is limited.

We encourage residents to make payments online where possible by visiting: saintjohn.ca/en/payments

For services that cannot be completed online, please consider calling back or visiting once full service is restored.
