Lily Lake - Winter

Update: Lily Lake ice surfaces re-opening for public skating

Both Lily Lake ice surfaces will officially re-open for public skating this evening March 4, 2021. For your safety, please heed any warning signs posted on and around the ice. Certain areas may not always be safe for skating.

Skaters and other recreational ice users are reminded of the following public health guidelines:

  •  Masks must be worn at all times while on the ice surface.

  •  No more than 25 people on the ice at one time.

  • Skate in a clockwise pattern to maintain distance.

  • Skate only within the designated areas of the two ice surfaces.

The City will continue to monitor ice conditions and may need to close the lake to skating if conditions change. Any change will be communicated through the City's social media channels. Follow us on Twitter and Facebook.
