If it was indeed your regular collection date and we missed your garbage, please check bags for any rejection stickers. Garbage must be placed in large, non-transparent bags, not weighing more than 40lbs.
Was your garbage placed in a wooden garbage box near the end of your property? We do not, unfortunately, collect from these containers. They can be used to store garbage, but on your collection date, bags must be removed and placed curbside for pickup.
Loose garbage is also not accepted. All items must be placed in large, non-transparent bags, not weighing more than 40lbs.
Was your garbage out on time? Daytime collection begins at 7:30 a.m. If you receive night time garbage pickup, garbage must be curbside by 9:00 p.m.
If none of the above applies to your situation, please complete a service request form with proper information. City Staff will review the request and reach out to you via email.
