P.R.O. Kids launches online auction fundraiser to support youth in Greater Saint John

2020 has resulted in having to do things a little differently. P.R.O. Kids has launched an online auction as a new way to support youth in Greater Saint John.  All of the previous sponsors have joined again virtually to donate items to this year's auction. Participants can bid as much as they wish on some great prizes and have until the live event to bid on the auction items.

Live with P.R.O. Kids will take place Thursday, November 19 when a live broadcast studio will be set up at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John. From 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., followers can tune in to the Facebook Live Stream every hour for special guest appearances, local performances and silent auction results. Sponsorship packages are still available for local businesses and organizations to show their support.

P.R.O. Kids is a service that matches children and youth up to the age of 18 with organized, registered recreation activities. P.R.O. Kids receives support from organizations, businesses and service providers who donate spaces in their programs, provide financial or "in kind" assistance, and/or donate supplies, equipment and transportation to and from activities or programs.

P.R.O. Kids is a proactive and confidential service administered through the City of Saint John Growth and Community Services to all children and youth in Saint John, Quispamsis, Grand Bay-Westfield and Rothesay. All administration costs are covered by these municipalities, allowing 100% of donations received to be directed to the children and youth of the community.
