Celebrating 100 years, the KBM Outing Association manages the KBM Community Centre. The Community Centre offers two large gathering rooms with accessible washrooms, full kitchen and licensed canteen. Outside, residents enjoy a fenced-in tennis court, playground, and grassy field for outdoor gatherings. The Centre has regular events to celebrate holidays and also offers a summer program managed by the City of Saint John's Sunshine Program. It is also available for private rentals.
