This two-story building is an active centre that aims to provide a safe, clean, and low-cost space for the community to gather. The Centre hosts holiday celebrations throughout the year for the community, and the outdoor playground is a popular destination for children and families in the local area.

The Milford Memorial Community Centre serves as a gathering place for local residents. It’s a popular rental venue for celebrations and also hosts a number of its own holiday events throughout the year. During the summer, the Centre is busy with a free drop-in recreation program for children. 

The Centre is conveniently located directly across from Lou Murphy Park, with a playground structure, basketball court, ball field, and a walking trail.

Located inside M. Gerald Teed school, the Millidgeville Community Centre is a hub for youth to play, develop leadership skills, and reach their full potential. It also offers licensed childcare and after-school programs. Free evening recreational programs for children and youth are funded by the City of Saint John and take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening from September to May, with occasional Friday activities as well. 

The Millidgeville Community Centre is managed by the Saint John YMCA.

Hours: 6:30 - 9:00 Tuesday, Thursday and some Fridays.
