Councillor Greg Norton was first elected to Common Council in May of 2012 and re-elected in 2016 and again in 2021.
Greg has been a teacher and school administrator for several years and is the Principal at Princess Elizabeth School. He has served on many community groups, agencies, boards, and commissions. Having served on the Saint John West Branch of the Chamber of Commerce, ONE Change Inc., Saint John Jeux Canada Games Foundation, and currently serving on the Saint John Police Commission, Discover Saint John, and the Saint John Finance Committee.
His special area of interest is improving the quality of recreation in the City of Saint John and how recreation builds a strong, healthy, and growing community of choice. Greg is also determined to strengthen our cities economic condition, fostering stronger regional cooperation while also growing & empowering our residential neighborhoods.
A dad of three girls, Greg continues to live in beautiful West Saint John where he proudly raises his family.
